26 days holiday
26 days annual leave, in addition to bank holidays. We also provide you with the ability to buy or sell up to a week each year.
Learning and development
Each week we provide you with up to 3 hours of flexible study time, which you can dedicate to training, research or learning your professional skills.
Electric car scheme
We have partnered with Tusker to provide you with a range of EV and low-emission vehicles on lease, with minimal up-front commitment and deducted pre-tax.
Gym access & discounts
We offer free access to the Fortescue WAE on-site gym which includes a range of scheduled classes. Additionally, we have discounted memberships available for nationwide gyms.
Medical & health allowance
Our employees are looked after with medical insurance as well as an annual dental and physio allowance which can be utilised at health providers of your choice.
Pension
We contribute 8% as the employer to your pension pot, this rises to 10% after your 3rd year with us.
Team building days
Each year, we run an action-packed Elysia off-site day, including team building and all-company strategy development. We also host regular team social activities, and believe our culture is the foundation of our success.
